Kind of work in the bank : 

1. Fronliner / Customer service

Customer service is a person who has job desk to provide information and services for customers want to open an account, respond to customer complaints and input data of customer data.

2. Teller

Teller has a job desk serving deposit or withdrawal of customer transactions in the bank. As a teller must have a high accurancy because of this concerning the funds of the people so that there is no difference in the final calculation of the day if there is a difference calculation it will be charged to the teller.

3. Back office

In the Back office position there are foreign exchange officers who have tasks in the processing of documents relating to customer transactions. For back office is in the work of making bank products such as checks or current account takes time and extra documents, so this type of work is not a job whose  task can be completed in one day.

4. Marketing

There are two types of marketing that is Landing and Funding.

For marketing credit is usually called account officer in charge to analyze , and have good institutions in business operations and appraisal because this is position is the most risky because related to credit which if the credit is stuck must accept the consecuency from the bank such as dismissal.

For marketing savings is usually called the funding officer. Where this position is an extension of the customer service. If the customer service duty in the office then the funding officer on duty in the field. The task of this funding officer is to acquire prospective customers who want to save, open deposit or current  account.  

5. Human resource department

HRD or personnel department can be said life for the company due to have high authority and dominant in terms of managerial company to take policy for its employees.
